What’s your return policy?
For standard orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We charge a $10 fee for return shipping if you request a label from us. You may also ship via your preferred carrier or bring into one of our stores for no additional fee. Product(s) must be unworn and unwashed, original hangtags must be attached, and proof of payment must accompany each product. Head to our returns page to start the process.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. You’ll receive an email when we’ve received the item(s) and processed the refund.
